My cakes are made from an almond meal base which makes for a dense but very moist cake! All cakes are layered and iced with Swiss meringue buttercream.

How do I store my cake?

Cakes should always be stored in the fridge but taken out approximately 2 hours prior to eating as they taste best at room temperature!

How do I travel with my cake?

When travelling with your cake it is best to place it on the passenger seat floor supported by some towels if you don't have someone to hold it while you drive.

What is your cancellation policy?

A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking and is strictly non refundable*. This is because once an order has been placed I may have to decline other customers for that date and ordering and preparation begins immediately. So please ensure you are 100% happy and sure before you place your order. 

Do you offer gluten free or vegan cakes?

I do offer gluten free cakes but not vegan cakes at the moment, sorry!

Do you make fondant covered cakes?

No! I am a strictly no fondant baker - this is simply because I work best with buttercream.

How much notice do you need?

As much notice as you can give me! I take orders up to a year advance (I know some of you like to be super organised!).
